Agile Development for Learning?

I’m starting a new project for a client who is implementing an incident/asset management application. We’ll be designing eLearning and creating the communications materials.

The application implementation is following an Agile development methodology. As a result, so are we on the learning team.

I can’t find a lot of information specific to the agile method for learning projects. Has anyone experienced this? What were the challenges? successes? best practices?
